At X-All, we want you to love your home. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the home goods you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture or decor, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
